Your device is defective, displays deviating measured values or has crashed? No problem – just contact us. We’ll repair your device quickly and smoothly.
When packing the device, please ensure that the measuring bob bayonet and, if available, the temperature probe are well protected. If you have chosen to use a replacement device while your device is being repaired, it will be delivered in a special box which you can then use for shipping.
